For the uninformed, Uni and the Hunt for the Lost Horn is the next adventure in the 50th Anniversary Play Series that debuted at PAX West and is now available to play in WPN stores. Its release on DDB is forthcoming!
Is there any word on if it's going to be free to run? I already convinced a store to allow me to have an event during the last weekend in September, but since there's not much support in Latin America, he hasn't scheduled it via WPN Event Link. Is there a way to request a kit being an independent event organizer not associated with a hobby store?

Playing around with the new Character creator options for the 2024 content, and the first character I created was a Warlock with a Unicorn Parton and worships Lurue, the Unicorn Queen!
I loved Uni in the cartoon when I was a child and with Unicorns being the National Animal of Scotland, I'm all in!
Excited for the Uni and the Hunt for the Lost Horn adventure :)

Like Descent into the Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, this will be claimable with your D&D Beyond account and will come with the pre-generated characters, so you'll have everything you need to run it on DDB.

I am very much looking forward to obtaining this adventure and converting to to the AD&D 1e rules, just as I did the "Hunt for the Thessalhydra" adventure.
Playing these iconic D&D characters within the Forest Edition rules will be an incredibly fun and nostalgic time! :)

Uni was my favorite character in this OG toon!
My dad had a DVD box set and we would watch it together when I was a kid. That is why I am looking forward to this adventure. I think I am going to have to see if I can find those DVDs and see if the PS4 still works.

It's also important to remember the book doesn't actually come out until Sept 17th.
Yeah, I forgot. Everyone I know already has theirs, so it is easy to forget that the official launch hasn't happened yet. Hopefully we will get it on Tuesday then.
I saw a tweet from Baldman Games about some kind of special event for Uni and the Lost Horn, but can't find any info on their site, and they did have one special event in September last weekend, but that was it, and no info is given on what that event was.
Nothing is listed giving any info on when this adventure will be available for purchase, or who is publishing it, other than mentioning that they are working with WotC.
Will this be an actual Adventure we can obtain, or is this just something created for a 3rd party to run special events for?
I really hope this is available to players :)
