It would be nice to get an official reply about the European shipping. Will all three books be shipped separately as originally promised, or will they be sent together in one shipment?
EDIT: It's now 10 PM, so I'm pretty sure there won't be a surprise delivery of the PHB this evening. There is still a tiny bit of hope that they did not send a shipping notification, but the book is on the way. But I doubt that.

Without those preorder perks, I would have ordered all three books separately and probably got the printed PHB already. Or perhaps I would have orderer digital bundle and bought the physical books from the local store (I would have the PHB in this case too). It was those preorder bundle perks that changed my mind. Still, I wanted to get a confirmation that the books will be shipped separately. They said (twice) that the books will be shipped separately. It's probably some kind of misunderstanding (inside the company), but from the customer's point of view it looks like false information.
Ordered all three in June (19th I believe), still have not received any tracking information either.
Put in a ticket to support on Monday asking why I didn't get a track and trace yet as with prior released I got it a week before the release date, with the book arriving on day of release but haven't received a reply to that yet.
Meanwhile a friend got his last Friday, even before the release. He also ordered the package of all 3 so apparently they are sent separately in some cases? He lives in Belgium, I live in the Netherlands
Ordered all 3 physical & digital bundles in June, order confirmation says it is coming from France (I’m in the UK) but I haven’t received anything remotely mentioning dispatch, tracking etc. and I can’t check anything in the order history that pertains to it either.
The fact that some people got their copy last week (also in the UK), others got their’s on release, others have been notified it’s been shipped and have tracking, then others like me still have received absolutely nothing, is puzzling 😅.
Delays happen and I’m okay with that, I just want to know if the thing has been dispatched or if there’s been any hold ups etc.

I thought also that the support ticket was deleted, but it's not. It was moved to DnDBeyond support page from the D&D support page.
They just sent an automatic note to my ticket with many answers, but not one of them matches my case. They say that my ticket will be automatically resolved, unless I reply to it. So I replied (and probably my case is now at the end of the line again).

It would be nice to get at least some information about the shipping status. Even just an email explaining the delays would be nice. You'd expect them to ship the books based on the order date (earliest first) or the order number (lowest first), but apparently, they have some other order. With no information, you have to assume there’s an issue with your order, and you need to create a support ticket. There would not be so many support tickets if they communicated better.
I have the sneaky suspicion the order of shipping might be based on last name... and I also suspect that they have an issue with stock in EU. It would be really nice at this point, if WotC or Scalefast could make an announcement regarding the status of the open shipments. The support teams apparently are taking to delaying tactics to keeps their SLAs. Waiting two days, then sending out an automated reply smells of trying to keep to the SLAs.
I’ve just bought it from a website over here and it’s arriving tomorrow, have reached out to support to cancel the physical book order due it to now being 2 days late and absolute radio silence in regards to dispatch, tracking and any communication whatsoever.
Really is the last time I’ll be ordering anything physical from the marketplace, just isn’t worth the hassle for what is genuinely a simple ordering process

I ordered the bundle = all three 2024 core rulebooks in one order, because there was no actual bundle available in the EU webstore.

I have thought about cancellation. But not sure how that works with a physical + digital bundle, when the digital part has been redeemed already?
