Hello,
Thank you for getting back.
Since the order is joined with an item that has a later release date, the package should be sent as soon as all the items has reached their release date. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you would like to cancel your existing order to place separate orders for each item, please let us know and we will investigate your request further.
Please Note: Cancelling your order in this way will remove the Digital Content from your account.
I’ll be glad to help you further if you have any other questions or concerns!

For what it is worth: a friend ordered the physical + digital bundle for PHB, DMG, and MM. He already got his PHB mailed.to him. The EU store also now offers a bundle that says you get your books on the release dates. But, if it works like outlined above, you might lose the pre-order perks if you cancel.
If true, this is absolutely, mind-numbingly, stupid. Do they really think people who pre-order a bundle (whether you’re in the US and could preorder all 3 physical and digital together as one item, or in the rest of the world and had to do all 3 single physical and digital bundles together in one order) that those same people would happily wait until March *next year* just to get them all delivered together?
Doesn’t that completely negate the entire reason for pre-ordering? Because you *want* to ensure you get stuff on release day?

In this discussion ( https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/general-discussion/200093-any-chance-for-physical-digital-core-rulebook), we were told that "As far as shipping goes, the 2024 Core Rulebooks will be shipping so that you get them as close to their release dates as possible. If you buy all three, they will ship in Septermber, November, and February, respectively." There are also other threads where the same thing is said by at least two persons who seem to have some kind of official status.
It was specifically asked whether that FAQ answer "no shipping until last book is released" applies to this case and it was said that all three 2024 core rulebooks will be shipped separately even if they are in the same order. They say that in the forum. And they say the same thing in an answer for a support request: "Physical Orders: Each book will be shipped before the date above to ensure the best chance of receiving it on or by the release date. E.g. If you buy all 3 in the same order, they will indeed ship out to you on their release date; they will not be shipping only when the last book comes out."

Good afternoon,
I'm wondering why you aren't answering my comments in my previous reply. As I said I remember that I specifically selected to have my items shipped separately and your website also shows this currently:
" As they are released, each physical book will be shipped to you free of charge and each digital book will be available in your D&D Beyond account."
So it should be possible to ship me my items when they are available. Which means my PHB should already have been shipped.

Interesting, especially when you consider which customer group is most likely to buy all three books. Players only need the PHB. DMs need all three rulebooks, but they are also more likely to buy other books (extended rules, adventures, campaign settings). You got your book if you preordered just the PHB, but you have to wait if you’re the DM (or the parent paying for the books) and preordered all three. Or, simply: you have to wait if you wanted all three books, but you got your book if you only wanted the PHB.
They answered me quickly with the same copy pasted message

This is awful, never buying something in the marketplace. All the time there are problems for the customers, specially from EU. So tired 😮💨

What's so weird with this response is the new bundle they've put up on the store
It's actually insane to me that they advertised it at separate items which we would receive when each book released...
The product stated "As they are released, each physical book will be shipped to you free of charge" which implies when each book is released we would receive our shipping information, however twice they have sent back the same copy and pasted message stating that they cannot change the shipping details and that I would have to cancel my entire order.
It's disgusting the treatment EU customers receive from WoTC. If we don't get clarification I'm actually going to have to take matters higher with an ombudsman.
To not respond to any emails with a real response nor clarification is sickening...

I play D&D to escape the reality of the waiting time between D&D sessions
I just did check the EU store again... at checkout you are able to edit shipping, and select to have all books shipped to you separately. But this is basically a hidden function and not the default setting... I am a bit speechless!
When you put the bundle into your cart, then proceed to checkout, you get a three step process:
First step Shipping is marked with a green checkmark. But it is set to a single shipment in February. Right above that statement is an Edit button. Click that button, and you are able to change the shipment to "immediately after release" for all three books.
The checkout process unfortunately skips highlighting that step, and forwards you immediately to Step 2: Payment.

I have the same problem here. I placed my order for all three books + digital copy at the beginning of July.
The PHB 2024 came out on the 17th of this month and the status of my order remains the same as the first day. No notification, nothing...
It seems very stupid to me if I have to wait until the rest of the books are officially released. What's the point of pre-ordering it?
Let's see if this is clarified soon because it's not funny. Any suggestion?
My support ticket has been up for a week and I haven't received a response from them yet
I just posted a ticket to the support team. We'll see what they tell me in this case (if they do)
This is shameful
They answered me quickly with the same copy pasted message
“Hello,
We appreciate your inquiry regarding the status of your dndstore.wizards.com preorder. A review of your order shows that items with different release dates have been purchased in this order. This means that your product will ship when all items on the order are available to ship. Full details can be found on our FAQ under "When will I get my physical product?".
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping options chosen on an order once it has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you would like to cancel your existing order to place separate orders for each item, please let us know and we will investigate your request further.”
