So I’ve been playing a strixhaven campaign with my friends, and have a Tabaxi Warlock, Tortle Cleric, and Tiefling Bard.
Dulken, our Tortle, discovered a spell called ‘Channel Divinity: Path to the Grave’. Basically it makes 1 target in 30 ft venerable to any types of damage. (Cold, poison, necrotic, force, etc.)
On my spell list I have Hex, which I can use on one target within range so that they take 1d6 necrotic for each attack until they are defeated in edition to the damage dealt from the attack. I also have Eldritch blast, which deals 1d10 force damage for each beam. (Lvl 2= 2 beams) You see where I’m going here?
Dulken casts Channel Divinity, I cast Hex, Azza attacks for melee, dealing 1d6 necrotic which the target is now vulnerable to. On my next turn I use Eldritch blast, dealing 2d10 for 2 beams, + 2d6 necrotic for the attack, which they are now vulnerable to necrotic and force.
Hex doesn't increase the damage taken from all attacks, only attacks from the person who cast it. It sounds like your Bard is adding the extra damage to their attacks against the target, but they can't.
Path to the Grave does not give the target permanent vulnerability to each of the damage types included in the next attack that it takes, it just gives it vulnerability to the single instance of damage from the next attack it takes. Damage type has nothing to do with it, and the effect should have ended after the first time the target was hit.
You don't get two beams with Eldritch Blast at level 2, you get two beams at level 5. Also, it's not clear if you meant 2d10 per beam or 2d10 total, but each beam only ever does 1d10 (plus extra stuff if you have extra stuff).
Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but Hex only deals damage when the caster (you) hits the target; no one else gets the extra damage. And Path to the Grave only benefits the next attack the target is hit by. Meaning it's only going to double Azza's attack OR one of your Eldritch Blast beams, depending on who scores a hit first.
But my question to you is this: Why are you doing this? Do you think your DM thinks this is cool and fun?
It's way more likely imo that Wil and his(?) friends have been having a blast playing Strixhaven, thought this combo is legit, and was excited to share it. For all we know the DM's been going along with it.

Yeah, sorry, but no.
