I know that auto-gnomes get in their class description that the mending cantrip works for them as a healing spell. Would that rule apply to a warforged as well? Rules as written I don’t think it says anything.
I'd say no. You're not an object. It's also a very powerful biff to be able to heal via cantrip. Obviously, DMs can rule however they want and it is flavourful, but I'd say both RAW and in the interests of game balance, no.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Nope. Fundamentally, autognomes and warforged are different in that autognomes are Constructs and warforged are Humanoids. I'm not an expert on Eberron lore, but my understanding is that warforged, although constructed, fully have sentience and have organic parts integrated with their nonorganic materials, which sets them apart from creatures that normally fall under the Construct type. Anyways, you're going to have a tough time trying to use Mending to repair living sinew.

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

Unless noted otherwise, the Mending spell doesn't to let you spend Hit Dice to heal but feature such as Healing Machine is an exemple that can allow it.

No, but it works on spelljammer ships and the artificer's Steel Defender.
