I'm disappointed there is not a deep discount for the new Eberron book for people that bought the old one. There is a lot of overlap. They should give you credit for a few of the sections as you have almost all of them already if you bought Wayfinder.
I would argue that a discount was baked into the price of WGtE. It's 33% cheaper than comparable compendiums?
I was also, essentially, playtest material.
Since the (sub)races and feats were also free playtest most of the time, you essentially paid for the compendium, magic items, and backgrounds for the same cost as a different book's compendium only. And you get to keep the official versions of all the races and feats for free.
Sure it makes a lot of the purchase of the new book largely redundant, but it fits DDB's usual business practices fine (you get the races basically for free, and previous purchases are reduced from the price -0$).

For sure, I only paid $17 after a coupon code last year for it. Aren't the source books typically $30? Also looking forward to a repeat of the catch up deal they did last year as well. At least I hope they do that again. Doesn't have to be real soon as we have plenty of stuff to keep us busy for a long time. We just finished Princes of the Apocalypse. It took us about 9 months of once a week 3 hour sessions.

Thinking this way makes me feel better anyway.
Have there been any new coupon codes since Rivals19?
I don't think so, it seems everyone is just waiting for Balck Friday/Cyber Monday

I dunno about you guys, but I'm about ready for another coupon code

Any whispers about a discount coming down for the new Eberron book?
They've only done book specific discounts twice; once for the core three at release and one code for Acq Inc a little bit ago.
It's not likely there'll be an Eberron code, especially considering it just came out.

They did Saltmarsh, though I think it applied to other books besides Ghosts of Saltmarsh.
There was a coupon code one time to save X off of any one book of your choice.
Are there any news about a Black Friday code?
Nope. People should be more patient.
I’m doing the best I can.
True. Personally i'm hoping to know all the details and make use of it next Friday.
I thought the sale was gonna be next Monday?
Cyber Monday is on 2nd December and Balck Friday is on 29th November.
Most likely, but i won't complain if it goes live Friday.
Hopefully we find out something soon
Last year they were pretty quiet about it until right before it started (I wasn't even aware of the sale until it ended).
I keep checking the site wanting to buy stuff lol
Is it likely a coupon will be provided for the legendary bundle?
