Nope to both. Until relatively recently the dev team would have been prioritizing getting the MM finished. Honestly I’d call it 3 months minimum before they make any actual errata or an updated Sage Advice Compendium, probably longer.
Apparently they've already done some errata, they just haven't released documentation for it.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
There's nothing I've seen that makes any major changes, mostly post hoc proofreading I think, but there are things of some consequence. For example (courtesy of PlagueScarred):
Print: You have Advantage on any saving throw you make to end the Grappled condition. You also count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity.
Online: You have Advantage on any ability check you make to end the Grappled condition. You also count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity.
That's a pretty small change, although it is a mechanical difference (Ability Check vs Saving Throw).

There were also a significant number of data entry errors on things like 2024 versions of spell pages — e.g. the 2024 version still saying the 2014 duration when it had changed — many of which have since been quietly fixed without any announcements.
It usually take some time before errata get first published for a book. To give an example, the PHB was released in August 2014 and an errata for it was released sometimes after June 2015 with next printing.
Errata: Please note that there is an errata with the release of the Monster Manual. These changes have been implemented in the game data listings and the compendium. You can find all the changes below:
I didn't find anything similar with the release of the Players Handbook or Dungeon Master Guide despite these books being out longer though but i have no reason to believe they won't eventually publish errata for them as well.
Thank you for telling me about the Monster Manual errata in the changelog, I truly wasn't aware and do appreciate it. Most changes are still stealth changes.
Hi
Are there any official errata or FAQs already published for the 2024 rules?.
Or it is known if it is scheduled and when there are some?
Thanks in advance for the answers

Huh, hadn’t heard about it. Big errata or just some after the fact proofreading?

Wow, nice!
We have also a similar thread here in DDB: 2024 rules - errata already? - General Discussion
WOTC has moved to a 100% "stealth errata" model. Future public errata documents are not expected.
Citation please? WoTC is likely just waiting to gather enought data feedbacks to publish an errata PDF after all core rulebooks finally published.
Only the fact that no errata document has been published online by WOTC since 2021, and plenty of stealth errata changes have been done since then.

There was a Changelog - - D&D Beyond publushed that include errata as well
