You are encumbered - assuming your campaign isn't using variant/normal encumbrance, select No Encumbrance on the initial character creation screen (I believe the option also shows up in the Preferences on the character sheet)
Just had a look at your character sheet - looks like you have added two sets of equipment (possibly whilst testing backgrounds out) - clear down the duplicates in your equipment list until your total carried is under 150lbs
A character has a carrying capacity in lbs equal to their Strength score multiplied by 15. Your strength score is 10 so you have a carrying capacity of 150 lbs.
You can push, pull, lift and carry items a total up to twice your carrying capacity but if you exceed your carrying capacity your speed drops to 5 ft.
Your character is currently carrying 162.5 lbs which is over your carrying capacity and so your speed is dropped to 5 ft.

My level one human monk I just made only has 5ft of walking speed and I can't seem to override it. https://ddb.ac/characters/3194425/5D9Uyo

It seems to have worked. Thank you! My other characters are encumbered and I haven't had an issue before
You're over-encumbered.
