For the Era of Eberron Digital Bundle, has Eberron: Rising from the Last War been update for 2024? Or it is the same version/editon as before (for 2014 5e ) just bundled with Eberron: Forge of the Artificer, which is new?
There's been no announcement of the content in Eberron: Rising from the Last War being updated for 2024. I would assume the bundle exists because of the lore present in Rising that perhaps won't be in Forge of the Artificer, but still relevant to it.
Combine the flavor and lore from Eberron: Rising from the Last Warwith updated mechanics and thrilling character options from Eberron: Forge of the Artificer
E:RftLW is providing the flavor and lore while E:FotA is providing the updated mechanics and character options. It seems like rather than reinvent the wheel regarding the lore and such around Eberron the new book is intended to be a primarily mechanical supplement to the existing sourcebook.

Would you get a la carte discounts from it? Bought the species pack when it was still a thing.
"You're not chaotic evil! You're just chaotic SHIT!"
No idea, that'd be something to make a support ticket or thread for.
Yeah, customer support can get you a credit for that purchase.
