As usual preordering through dndstore.wizard.com because I’m outside the US and can’t order physical from this site means I don’t get any redemption key, nothing unlocks automatically and the release date now says 12th December rather than 11th November. I swore after the Monster Manual I was never ordering a physical/digital bundle again because of exactly this stuff but apparently I have a short memory

I had a similar issue, but if you go to Manage Order, when I clicked a button to debit my account now, I was sent an email with an activation code (or I was able to unlock an activation code on the website - I forget which), and I’ve been able to unlock all the content.
Of course I can’t promise that the same will happen if you click to debit your account now!

If your account has been debited then you might have an email in your junk folder that was sent the same time as the debit?
If none of that helps then try raising it with Customer Services. They might be able to help.

Thanks, found it and finally got to unlock my purchase. As you say it’s not easy to find at all (the entire site is a pain to use)
