Hi every and anyone with more experience at DDB than me!
I'm running a campaign and all my players have a DDB PC in it. One of my players lost the account they used here for the last year. From my access in the "My Campaign" page, can I Deactivate their character sheet, and when they create a new account, Reactivate the character sheet and assign it to them?
The character would need to be Unassigned, not Deactivated, in order to transfer it to another account. Only the character's current owner (i.e. the player's old account) can unassign it.
They'd need to either contact customer support for help with recovering their old account, or one of you would need to re-make the character. http://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket

Or is there a simpler solution?
I welcome all suggestion to solve this! Thanks!
