So, I’m trying to make high-quality icons for DDB, but no matter what formats I upload it at it always is blurry.
does anyone know of a way to get high quality icons uploaded from your files? (I use Procreate for the art)

What do you mean when you say "high-quality icons"?
I have uploaded lots of imaged for Magic items and the link, and have never had an image be 'blurry'. What 'icons' are you referring to? I think a little context will assist with trying to get the best help possible :)
Cheers!

Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
Stick to the pixel sizes that are suggested and you're probably okay. If you're making a PNG instead of a JPG, scaling should be better, but any time you try to make a big object small or a small object big, you're going to have some quality loss as there is a mismatch between the number of pixels between creation and display. Make sure you constrain your creation size to the display size so it will appear exactly as you intend. Or maybe you're saving it as a GIF and losing color data? Try PNG.

What pixel size would I use for icons/profile pictures?

Sorry, about not adding much context, that was my bad.
(Also greetings!) I’m referring to profile pictures for your account. Whenever I put an image in. It always turns out lower quality than the original png file. I’ve been trying to figure out why, but I can’t seem to find a way to make it look sharper/high quality.

Profile Pictures are not icons, hence the confusion.
An icon is a small and simple image used for very quick reference, shortcuts for commands or phrases, and most often used in Graphical User Interfaces. Profile pictures (usually shortened to pfp) do not fit the definition.
Here's a screenshot of your OP with me encircling examples of icons.

"Icon" is a perfect valid term for what you were talking about. Don't worry about it.
Oh, ok
(I’m probably going to make mistakes on the forums. DDB’s forums are the first I’ve ever been on.)

As exemplified by people being confused - icon is actually not a perfect fit so to avoid any future confusion it is better to be more specific. Icon as a word is either too general in common usage to describe most images which causes ambiguity or for those like myself who think of the technical definition which absolutely does not include pfps in any way. In either case it is confusing. Hence pfp or avatar would be best. 👍
As for the problem at hand, jl8e and joboyogi are correct. Your pfps will have best quality if making them as 100 x 100 pixels in png format. The file format maintains better base colour quality and the size means the forum won't automatically resize or compress the image which can result in blurriness.

No worries. Also, I will agree with wagnarokkr in them saying "don't worry about it". My suggestion is only a suggestion that may help but it's not a forum rule or etiquette or whatever. If you prefer using icon, then keep using icon.
I find that specific terms (like pfp) are better than general ones (like icons) when posting on forums. There's no voice, movement, or other cues - just the text and this leaves a lot up to reader inference. Readers that can have very different thought patterns, be neurodivergent (especially in D&D) or from different cultures. Specificity helps reduce the likelihood of people inferring your posts in ways you don't intend. That being said, don't stress about it - you'll never get it right every time (30+ years of posting on online forums and still I struggle), and it's not a big deal. It's just one extra post to clarify if needed. I only say this because you said you're new to posting on forums and it's something I wish somebody told me when I first started.

Yeah, I. Definitely going to take your suggestion.
Seeing how others also were confused it would be better if I worded it differently. Thanks over all for everything!

I just cropped and uploaded a photo from my phone. It looks fine to me unless I zoom in.
"Blurry" suggests your images are being scaled, either up or down. They're only 100 pixels square.
(It's also not unlikely that DDB recompresses the images to minimize the storage used, which will reduce image quality.)
Stick to the pixel sizes that are suggested and you're probably okay.
