Mostly a curious talking point; what magic items do you see used incorrectly in games, in a way which isn't really a problem?
Two that I see all the time:
Bag of Holding: the rules say it has a 1ft. diameter opening and requires an action to pull things out, but I've lost count of the number of times someone has smuggled a knight in plate armour inside the bag, despite this tiny opening. I also regularly see people just pull stuff out like it's a backpack, and again, that's seldom really a problem!
Sending Stones: Most people use them like Walkie-Talkies, but they officially let you cast sending, and then only once per day. Generally, they are more fun as walkie talkies, so most games just use them like that!
What magic items do you always see being used wrong?
My list is pretty much the same as yours. Lets see if I can think of others.
Cloak of Elvenkind sometimes get treated like it is full invisibility instead of just chameleon like blending. But in most cases the distinction isn't super important.
Longbows: Some players forget about the longer range capabilities of longbows, but often times DMs don't run combat that goes to 600Feet.

Even Honor Among Thieves used Sending Stones like Walkie-Talkies. 🤣
