Can a Pugilist use their brass knuckles for their bonus action one-two punch or their stick and shift?
Brass Knuckles aren't an official weapon in D&D, so it would depend on how exactly they're defined in whatever source you're getting them from. (The Pugilist class doesn't define such a thing as far as I can see.)
The "One-Two Punch" and "Stick and Move" options both use Unarmed Strikes, so what it comes down to is whether Brass Knuckles count as a weapon or as something that augments an Unarmed Strike.
For future reference, the "Bugs & Support" forum is for reporting bugs in D&D Beyond itself. Questions about rules and game mechanics like this are probably better suited for the "Rules & Game Mechanics" forum.

Brass Knuckles are Pugilist Weapons in the pack.
