Can a Pugilist use their brass knuckles for their bonus action one-two punch or their stick and shift?
Brass Knuckles aren't an official weapon in D&D, so it would depend on how exactly they're defined in whatever source you're getting them from. (The Pugilist class doesn't define such a thing as far as I can see.)
The "One-Two Punch" and "Stick and Move" options both use Unarmed Strikes, so what it comes down to is whether Brass Knuckles count as a weapon or as something that augments an Unarmed Strike.
For future reference, the "Bugs & Support" forum is for reporting bugs in D&D Beyond itself. Questions about rules and game mechanics like this are probably better suited for the "Rules & Game Mechanics" forum.

Brass Knuckles are Pugilist Weapons in the pack.

Brass knuckles as we know them werent invented until 1850 and werent standard issue until ww1. They might be a little too modern to ever get an official entry in dnd.

Simple Melee Weapon: 1d4 Bludgeoning, with Light, Push
As to the ruling:
One-Two Punch and Stick and move both specifically say Unarmed Strike
Haymaker specifically says "When you make an attack with an Unarmed Strike or Pugilist weapon"
I would probably rule that because some features include "or Pugilist weapon", those that don't can only be done using Unarmed Strike, in which case, using Brass Knuckles doesn't count. And either way Brass Knuckles only does 1d4 damage, which you would replace with your 1d8 Fisticuffs Die anyway, meaning that they confer no real benefit except for the "Push" mastery (since your class gives you an offhand Unarmed Strike or Pugilist weapon as a Bonus Action)
