Looking for official clarification on Ravenloft Dark Gifts with Halfling Luck rerolls of 1s?
It works by RAW. I personally would allow it as well. (After all, who could imagine a fantasy story about halflings being uncannily resistant to an evil force promising them power? I certainly can't think of anything like that.)
