Hey everyone.
A blunderbuss has cumbersome meaning that it can use STR as a modifier instead of DEX.
Would scatter than actually be either STR or DEX? Instead of just 1+DEX mod (min of 2)
I THINK that it would still be the DEX mod. Cumbersome "must use your Strength modifier for the attack and damage rolls" but the Scatter damage isn't a roll just a flat number.
