I'm new to DDB and I'm trying to add the raven queen patron to my character sheet and have no idea how to access it. I used the playtest toggle but still can't seem to find where to use it.
Unearthed Arcana is released by Wizards of the Coast as playtest material, with anything prior to 1st Jan 2018 being regarded as having completed its playtest cycle.
The Raven Queen UA article was released in 2017.

You do have the means of recreating that Raven Queen Patron subclass as homebrew. It can't be publicly published, but it can be used for yourself and others in your campaign, if content sharing is enabled.
