Ok the reason for this pole is because I can't decide on a naming scheme for a tiefling cleric. When I first made her, I came up with the name Vik'tali as trying to put a spin on the name Vicky but more foreign. I was fine with this until started thinking she needed a last name which I began thinking of scenario where I normally end up all my fan fic ideas of putting famous dnd stream teams vs my own team. This is where I come up with To'tali.
This is where things get messy. Cause in the battle arena scenario each person would get like a MMA style introduction before the fight. When I put the names in the To'tali Vik'tali, order, its working off a pun of "Total Victory" making To'tali her first name, Vik'tali last name. As said before though Vik'tali is a spin on the name of Vicky which more of a first name, but saying Vik'tali To'tali the "Total Victory" pun doesn't quiet work. A possible workaround could be where go by Asian culture where the last name is alway said first.
So what are people's opinions, how much over thinking am doing on this?
I utterly abhor "pun" names and find they break any immersion so my real preference is "none of the above". I'm all for fake names and fake language but this "English but with slight alterations to sound fantasy" is just pure cringe.
She's a Tiefling. Why not just use Victory as a virtue name? It does all you want it to do: it's a world-fitting name, can be shortened to Vic/ Vicky and makes a good fight/stage name too. Ticks all the boxes and doesn't break immersion and doesn't incite eye-rolls or exasperated sighs from old fuddy-duddies like me. Win-win (*cough*).
Well if you don't like pun names, you'd hate my female barbarian Tera Ryzen. But back on point, before making this topic, I had resorted to calling my tiefling cleric Tali as a nickname. This topic was an effort to help decide on an official name, thus the vote.
I am with Cyb3rM1nd, all of my Tiefling characters have used Virtue names, as is the tradition for Tieflings.
What about a Virtue name like "Indomitable"?
"Vik'tali Indomitable" sounds quite good for a character introduced in a fighting arena.
"T'talia Victory" pronounced "T-tah-lee-uh" also has a nice ring to it and goes with your love of puns.
If I had to pick one of the four you proposed, it would be Vik'tali To'tali (First name, Last name). And I'd have her use the name Viki for strangers and acquaintances and only let her friends call her Tali. I have a Tabaxi named Ray of Sunshine, that only lets her friends call her Sunshine.

I think it would be an hilarious scenario, Your character enters the arena, the announcer says its name wrong, and you're like " ugh really? its the other way!, can't you guys get that right?!", then it would be a running gag for a few times, until the announcers get it right, when you do a really impressive match, where your name in the correct order is engraved in people's mind and no one ever botch it after that.

I think you are overthinking your concern. If you enjoy your name who cares. I made my Dragonborn Tempest Cleric: "Gygax Mercerdrak." And a one shot fighter battlemaster: "Val Killmore." Nods and puns are ok with in reason. One of our players, a Dwarven Barbarian, goes by "Sana Beech." Not very Dwarf like but she kicks butt so who cares what other people think?

Is "none" an option?

Oh I like the name, just couldn't decide what sounded better, which make first and last name.
