You can search D&D Toolbox in chrome extensions. You can add monsters for multiple encounters with links to dndbeyond. as well as some other handy stuff.
I use the Encounter Builder to store collections I use often. Label them accordingly and I have a whole set of block that can load in the subframe, also allowing me to digi-roll the monsters if I want. I do actually USE the full encounter tool in the campaign, too, but a handful of encounters I have ready are just to have the stat blocks ready at hand. I am thinking of starting to use a second monitor too, lol. Too much info required.

I do this to! All of my encounters are really statblock collections that I use for different campaigns. It’s super helpful.
Is there a way as the DM of a game to bookmark or attach monsters to the game for a quick reference or am I stuck with 10 different windows open.
You can make a PM with monster links.

"............anybody got any potatoes? We could drop a potato in each hole an' see which ones get viciously mauled by horrible monsters?"
-Ilyara Thundertale
Never thought of that.
I think some browser plugins might let you put links in notes.
You could also bookmark them with the browser and arrange them into a folder.
I use tooltips in the Private Notes section of the campaign - that way the players can't see them and the monsters are easy to access for me.
I also use it for links to the current chapter, if working through a published adventure.

BRILLIANT!
You can thank mouse0270 for the toolbox. There is a thread here for it for changes and updates and such:

I still like the idea of tagging a monster/NPC as a favorite and throwing into a custom folder within DnDBeyond
