My favorite one is Lizardfolk Beast Barbarian. She is literally just a velociraptor. Rage is "angry dino mode".
In backstory some crazy wizard was obsessed with dinosaurs, so he spliced lizardfolk and aarakocra to make a big feathered lizard.
Low intelligence (6 or 7), barely speaks, loves to shred kobolds in half and chew on the remains
