I've bought everything - all of it. My impression was that, as a DM, you buy it all and your players have access to it all. I was wrong - my players can make 5 characters and have access to the free content. I've been rebuilding their characters every time they have a change from a book that isn't in the free package.
$400 for content I already own hard copies of to nickel and dime my players for access to any of the extras. Is this what I bought? I'm not being ugly, maybe I'm missing something - teach me. But this seems ****ed up.
In order to enable content sharing, you have to have the $6 Master Tier subscription. That'll give you unlimited character slots, remove all adds, and share all your content with people who join a campaign you make.
I have an annual Master Tier subscription until next March. I’ve had it from the beginning and my players still do not have access to the material I purchased.
I can only assume that you are not properly enabling content sharing then? If you were, then all of your players would be able to access everything just fine.

To activate content sharing for your campaign you should see a button on the top left of the screen when viewing your campaign. If you activate that button and confirm with the pop-up, the characters in your campaign will have access to all of your purchased content, and the users who own those characters will be able to browse the compendiums online or on the app.
Please see the below screenshot for where to find that button:
Edit: A little late, I see! I'm glad to hear the problem was solved. :D
