I'm assuming you mean on the pdf export of your character sheet, as it shows the full description everywhere else.
No, there isn't an option, likely because it would be incredibly long in terms of number of pages to export every spell in is entirety that your character knows, especially for characters like paladins or clerics
I was talking about using the dndbeyond site, playing yesterday and when we pulled up a spell the description didn't match the same description as what the DM had. Although he use Roll20 for his spells, so maybe that has slightly different verbiage. We did notice that the D&D licensed spell cards we have also don't match DnDBeyond.
The spell we were looking at was Call Lightning. The main issue was one thing says it has to be "centered on a point you can see 100 feet directly above you"
Is there an option that would let me see a spells full description?

But the site doesn't say that.
The site descriptions are as they are written in the books.
Call Lightning was errata'd last year:
https://media.wizards.com/2018/dnd/downloads/PH-Errata.pdf
"In the first paragraph, “100 feet” is now “within range.” In the second paragraph, “within range” is now “under the cloud.”"
