I have a Master subscription and have recently created a Campaign.
My first player in that campaign has started to create a new character and on choosing Variant Human race has found that he can only select from a list of 1 feat (I think its Grappler). I have bought the PHB outright on my account and am assuming that what I need to do is share content (somehow) for this campaign to let the player see a full list of PHB feats.
The problem is I can't see how to do this ... can anyone point me in the right direction?
