As the title suggests, I'm wondering if the Mephistopheles bloodline is here... I bought the variant tieflings, but can only see the winged, Devil's Tongue and hellfire.
The variant and Feral Tieflings are from Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide.
The alternate subrace (bloodlines) of Tieflings, including the Mephistopheles Tiefling, are from Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes.
You can purchase MToF or at least the subraces if you only want those from the Marketplace.

It's a tad late to provide it after they've already gotten it, but it's good to know for future peeps reading this, I guess.

this post is 5 years old now so that probably explains my issue… but i cannot find Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes on the d&d beyond app. closest thing to Mephistopheles i have found is the “variant tiefling” option.
Mordenkainen't Tome of Foes (and Volo's Guide to Monsters) was removed from sale on DDB after Mordenkainen's Monsters of the Multiverse was released. Despite being a compilation of the two books, it doesn't have the variant tiefling lineages in it so the only way to use them if you didn't already buy the book is by manually adding them as custom races.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

I think you have to get the Mordenkainen's stuff. Winged, Devil's Tongue and Hellfire are off of Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide, I think.

Oh well, I did need the winged one too.
You can get the Flying tiefling traits in this official (but free) D&D accessory:
