Where and/or how do you guys keep track of player earned Downtime on the DDB character sheet? Is there a specific place that I'm not seeing, or do you specifically have something set up for it there?
I want to keep it standard for all of my players so we don't have to dig around people's DDB sheets to find it.
Thanks, in advance!

What do you mean by 'player earned Downtime'? You don't earn downtime, it's not a currency. Downtime is the name for time spent outside of adventures doing other things. Downtime is what earns you other things, such as new skills, gold, maybe some sweet RP.
+1 for being confused by the concept of "earned downtime". Is this a homebrew thing in your particular campaign? Otherwise, the only time I can think of that you'd need to keep track of it (other than saying "OK, you have about a week waiting for the ship to finish preparations to leave - what do you do?") is in an Acq Inc game where you have to run the "Running your Franchise" activity once a month. And for that, the DM has to track the days of the month, how many staff members are unassigned to other tasks on each day of the month, so you know how to adjust the DC of the percentile roll, plus any bonuses/penalties from other franchise activities.
As I recall, downtime can be earned in Adventurer's League games (correct me if I'm wrong).
If this is what the question is in reference to, I think there is a recommendation in the AL rules about how to track downtime, possibly a special sheet for it.

I was thinking the same, but am not an AL player.
DDB has plans to be more AL friendly, we should start seeing some of those in the coming months (hopefully, we'll see).

Ok, I was looking, and assuming you are referring to Adventurer's League:
There is an Adventure Logsheet that you use to keep track of gold, downtime, renown.
However, this is not something that is part of the DNDBeyond character sheet as of yet.
If you are participating in Adventurer's League, and need a logsheet, you can either get the standard one for free, which I am linking here:
https://media.wizards.com/downloads/dnd/DnDAdvLgLogsheet.pdf
Or, you can find a form-fillable version for free here:
https://www.dmsguild.com/browse.php?keywords=adventure+logsheet&x=0&y=0&author=&artist=&pfrom=&pto=
If this is what you needed, keep it mind it will likely continue to be a separate item from your character sheet for the foreseeable future.
