I bought the Battle Smith subclass but, for some reason, I still don't get access to the ONLY thing that subclass does? What sense does that make? Now that Subclass is unusable unless I want to drop MORE money on it.
I hope that gets resolved for you. I can honestly see them not. Piecemeal injustices have happened before (Races and subraces have to be bought separately and the variant tiefling was made into 3 different races).

That's probably a bug, you should contact customer services and submit a ticket

Should be on there now I think, they did say it would take time to fully intergrate everything onto the site
