I purchased the Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron and have been using the now UA races for my characters. It's fine that there is a canon version of these races in the new Eberron book but why do I need to re-purchase content I already paid for?
If you go into the Marketplace, under Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron, Races says "Content Unlocked" however each race, now listed as Changeling (UA), Warforged (UA), etc. Are each $1.99 to purchase, even though I already bought this content when it first came out.

You don't?
Your WGTE versions in the compendium, listings and character builder will be updated.
Your characters won't change.

There is still a lot of transitioning going on from the new book. I expect it will be fixed within a day. Until then report any eberron bugs you have.

What DxJxC said. You should get them automatically, but if you don't, post in the Eberron bug thread so the mods/staff are aware.
