Not directly related, but in case you were actually considering that particular combination, Repeating Shot is wasted on bows. Not needing ammunition is nice, but the core functionality of the infusion is that it ignores the loading property, which bows don't have to begin with.
A bag of holding is a magic item but it gives that as an example as something you can infuse and Enhanced Arcane Focus talks about a rod, staff, or wand, which are all magical items.
A bag of holding is something you can create via infusion; it is the end product, not what you start with.
And no, as the terms are used in D&D 5e spell foci are not magical items. If they were, they would be listed under the "magical items" section of the site, not the "equipment" section. The basic models listed in the PHB are mundane equipment.
This is the crux of one of my preferred homebrews to balance the Artificer class. Allowing Artificers to Infuse magic Items suddenly allows Artificers both scaling and versatility options that they are desperately lacking without this option.
I heard that someone high up let slip that an Artificer update is coming next year and I’m hoping that this is one of the changes that they make while also hoping that they don’t take away the Repeating Shot or Homunculus Servant infusions.

For example, repeating shot on a +3 Longbow.
"Infusing an Item
Whenever you finish a long rest, you can touch a non-magical object and imbue it with one of your artificer infusions, turning it into a magic item."
