If i buy the new Eberron book, will it be the entire book? Will i be able to page through it like i bought the hard copy or will it just be the content from the book? (like just the bestiary, classes, races etc) Same for any of the campaigns I buy?
You will get all the same content. You won't "flip pages" - you get info on the screen which you can scroll down, click arrows to next sections/chapters etc. Basically, it's all the same content but much easier to navigate than a book or pdf.

All the compendiums on DDB are structured similarly. You can use the free basic rules as reference for how they are laid out and how the reading experience will be.
When you buy a whole book, you get the digital compendium as well as the items/spells/races/subclasses description pages and character builder options.

I have not bought Eberron but all the books I have bought... are the full book, from page 1 to page N.
WOTC lies. We know that WOTC lies. WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. We know that WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. And still they lie.
Because of the above (a paraphrase from Orwell) I no longer post to the forums -- PM me if you need help or anything.
