I'm trying to get a gift for our DM for Christmas. He's a huge fan of Dwarves, and I was hoping to get him one of the premade adventure books, hopefully one that features heavy interaction Dwarves. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
None of the adventures have a ton of dwarves, maybe Out of the Abyss or Tales from the Yawning Portal. Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes isn't an adventure but it talks a lot about dwarf history and culture.

Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
Thanks. I was getting the impression from reading the descriptions that none of the adventures were centered around the Dwarves, but considering I'm only nearing the end of my very first campaign ever, I didn't know if any of the others had more Dwarf interaction, or what have you. But I appreciate the feedback and I'll snag up one of those two. Thanks again.
If I were you, I would ask this question in the DM's Guild Forum on DDB. A lot of DM's self-publish materials and that community is more likely to give you a helpful answer.
If the rest of your group is interested/can be convinced and you find a fun one shot adventure from DM's Guild or elsewhere maybe offer up the prospect of an all Dwarf party one shot.
Errrr..... did you know when I was 15-16 yo. I played a homemade D&D's 1st ed., which it included a sub-quest "Find my husband".
The quest requirements were:
a) staying at a random dwarven cavern, find an NPC Dwarf female who have a lost husband. The supposed "husband" is a dwarf who one day found a rare crystal in the cavern ( the crystal was a "cursed by magic" diamond ). The cursed crystal made him take a pick and use it over & over.... until the death. We, obviously, had to find & dissuate him to go back to his "home"...... but, after spending some days in the cavern, the party leader quitted the mission because he thought it was a "loose of time"...... xDD
35 years later, the dwarf still remains in that cavern, because we left playing that campaign due to IRL duties...... ohh boy, who gonna rescue that lost dwarf ??? xDD

My Ready-to-rock&roll chars:
Dertinus Tristany // Amilcar Barca // Vicenç Sacrarius // Oriol Deulofeu // Grovtuk
It's probably too late now.... but why not do some research, you know, and write your own tome of knowledge on dwarves? That would be really special!
Hi there! I'm a Christian musician based in Canada :)
You need to find him! You could get your DM to run a campaign. You can't leave him down there! Not on Christmas! lol

hehe I suppose. Yes, longer than humans- plenty of time to contemplate his situation. Contemplate that and....the bats and slime he has eaten....hehe
