The question is in the title. Will all 5th edition content become available on day one (the 15th) or is it a slow rollout?
So far I've heard mentions of PHB, MM,DMG, Storm Kings Thunder, Straad. What other modules will be ready?
Will there be a super "all in" price point for DMs that like to have it all.
Can you edit or highlight things or will there be a notes section to these books. I'm sure we've all done all marked up our books in hand or PDFs. Me personally, I highlight stuff thats important to tell the players and leave the rest for me so I can get their info quick at a glance.
Also as a player can you have more than one character up and running at a time. Most of my players control 2 characters at a time. Sometimes I'll give them an NPC if.
Which brings me to my next question as a DM if I've got a ton of NPCs or characters I've made can I send them to someone to use in a campaign? If they are a part of that campaign and have access to my books. Thanks!

This is a question I had myself, asked elsewhere, and didn't really get an answer. Perhaps I just worded it poorly. I'm interested because I foresee creating my players' characters for them - converting them over from paper, maybe adding a tweak here or there as homebrew. Wondering if I'll be able to do that, and then hand "ownership" or control of that character to another user.
I second the hope that we can "sticky note" the adventures as a way to note where we've made changes or additions, or simply to note things that will come back into play later in the campaign. When monsters have been killed already, who took what treasure/magic items, that sort of thing.

Yes all the books will be available at release. https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/news-announcements/5335-release-date-august-15th-pricing-details-announced
Don't know about several characters per player.
As DM, you can share with your players any information (monsters, sourcebooks...) you desire.
I wonder if errata will be implemented in all material?
Altrazin Aghanes - Wizard/Fighter
Varpulis Windhowl - Fighter
Skolson Demjon - Cleric/Fighter
Pretty sure that it will be. No reason to give us previous printings.
