l have this idea for a character,and one of their traits is that they like wearing makeup,but l want to know lf makeup is commonly sold in stores,or if they would have to make it themselves,and if so,what skill/s would be needed to make the makeup. (lipsticks,eyeshadow ect)
edit:l know a disguise kit exists,but l dont know exactly whats in it or if makeup would count.
(yeah,l know makeup has existed for thousands of years. the question is about availability to common folk)

Up the GM, but in real history, cosmetics have been commercially available for thousands of years.

I don't imagine they are as plentiful as modern cosmetics, but should cover blush, concealer, etc.
