I'm going to start this question with this one scenario.
The EK has a echo already summoned, and 30 feet away. You attack the enemy, then swap places with your echo.
The enemy tries to rush towards you, and your echo hits with it's AoO, if you have the feat Sentinel, does your echo apply the 0 speed effect, effectively making it a hazard to keep ignoring your echo as you rain arrows on them?

Technically, it is you using your reaction to make an opportunity attack, just from the echo's position. Since it is your attack, all of your feats and features apply.
