Hello, I am new to DND and just needed help with building a good grave domain cleric. My party needed a healer and since I didn't have a character yet, I became a cleric. I didn't want to be a conventional cleric however, so I got the grave domain add on for some more flavor. The problem is, I have no idea what to do with it. I know the basics of building characters, but I want to know the best builds for a really good grave domain cleric. I'm starting at level one and my DM informed me that by the end of our long campaign, I will be level 10. I do not know what is the best build and setup for my cleric, I especially don't know the best spells and setup to do for every time I level up. Any tips or ideas on race, good builds, or setup are appreciated. I am also open to multi classing with this cleric if you have ideas for that as well.
i am not saying copy him, but talesin jaffe seems to be doing well with caduceus in campaign 2 of critical role, crit role stats have their character sheets if you want some inspiration.

So many options. You could go with hill dwarf. You should be pretty tanky that way (cant have the healer dying).

Kalashtar seems pretty good.
Githzerai also works well.
Firbolg also work well.
Wood Elves are always good.
