Forgive me if this is answered elsewhere, I couldn't find an answer through searching.
I have the physical copy of the Explorer's Guide to Wildemount and am wanting to buy the digital copy to use the races and classes included. I haven't purchased any of the other digital content yet. If I purchase the Explorer's Guide, can my players use all of the races included (once I sign up for Master tier)? The guide contains a bunch of other races (Aasimar, Genasi, Goliaths, etc.) which are not part of the basic DnD pack we have now. I know that the races are purchasable through the marketplace but I was wondering if all will unlock for the digital players sheet if I purchase Wildemount.
I'm not 100% sure, but you should only get the new/unique races on an individual book purchase. In this case, there is just the one: Orc of Exandria. Same with the 4 subraces.
As mentioned the only 'new races' in the Explorer's Guide are the Orcs of Exandria and four sub-races. That said, there are many more playable races than in just the Player's Handbook.
Most of the race content is from Basic Rules + Players Handbook (dwarf, elf, halfing, human, and also more exotic races such as dragonborn, gnome, half-elf, half-orc, and tiefling)
The Volo's Guide to Monsters includes nearly all of the other races not found in the sources listed above: aasimar, firbolg, goblinkin, kenku, and tabaxi.
The last race in the book is the tortle which can be found on DM's Guild for a small fee (although there may be other free sources, IDK)
I guess my bottom line point is that if you wanted to minimize your digital purchases (for PC races), the most cost effective would just to have digital copies of the Player's Handbook and the Explorer's Guide to Wildemount.

I already have all of the aforementioned materials purchased digitally from D&D Beyond or DM's Guild. The elements of the Explorer's Guide that intend to purchase will be the three new sub-classes, as well as the spells. Maybe one or two monsters as well.
I can confirm that purchasing Explorers Guide to Wildemount on D&D Beyond grants access to all of the races and other content, including all of the "reprint" races like Kenku, Tortle etc.
As you noted, using a master tier sub to enable content sharing will also grant this content to others in your campaign.
Yep, if you buy the book as a whole, you get access to all the included races. It's just that only the new races/variants will be listed under the product for individual purchase in the marketplace - the reprinted races are listed for individual purchase only under the book in which they originally appeared.
Oh good. Someone gave the correct answer. Those first to answers had me nervous.
If you buy just the race and/or subrace pack out of it, you will only get the few new races (the reprints would have to be bought grime their original sources). If you buy the whole book, it includes reprint races.
Notably, aaracokra, genasi, and goliath are already gree races from EEPC. Most of the other races come from VGtM.

Then there is the Player's Guide to Elemental Evil (which is free online here: https://media.wizards.com/2015/downloads/dnd/EE_PlayersCompanion.pdf) This book gives you aarakocra, genasi, goliaths, and svirfneblin (deep gnomes).

I recently bought the dragon born variant draconblood but it didn’t show up any ideas?
Have you enabled Critical Roll content? You have to manually enable it during character creation.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
Thanks I forgot all about that
