I'm sure this is answered somewhere already, but I couldn't find / understand it. I'm wondering whether all the 3rd level character specializations that are listed in the PHB will eventually be available for character building here. By this I'm referring to all the bard colleges, all the druid circles, all the ranger conclaves, etc. I was hoping to see these added once we left beta, but in trying to build a character just now I'm still just given one option. I know we're limited to "basic content" here, but I figured that the options in the PHB counted as basic. Again, I'm sure this is explained somewhere but I wasn't able to find an explanation. Are these options going to be added? Are they part of what you get with a subscription? Thanks for your help!
Also, just because I'm here, let me say how much I have been effing loving this site. I was all ready to be disappointed, but even during beta it quickly became indispensable. Thanks for all the hard work on this!
In short - the druid circles, bard colleges etc are all in the database, but you need to purchase the Player's Handbook (or part thereof) to be able to use the ones that are not part of the Basic Rules.
Thanks you two that is super helpful! I hadn't realized that purchasing the digital content would work that way. During beta I messed around a lot with the tools, but didn't read anything about how the site was going to work. Sorry for the ignorant question. Thanks for your quick responses, and thanks again for this awesome site!!

You have to make a purchase (PHB or bundles) to unlock the archetypes. Check the Marketplace.
Thank you for your post - we appreciate people taking the time to give us feedback. The praise is always appreciated too!
D&D Beyond can be used for free and contains information from the following "free to use" sources published by Wizards of the Coast: D&D 5th edition SRD , D&D 5th edition Basic Rules and Elemental Evil Companion.
Content from other sources, such as the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide or Monster Manual will need to be purchased from the Marketplace, or accessed via another user sharing content with you via their Master Tier Subscription.
In short - the druid circles, bard colleges etc are all in the database, but you need to purchase the Player's Handbook (or part thereof) to be able to use the ones that are not part of the Basic Rules.
