Sorry about the potentially confusing title. Questions is,
as a user with a master subscription you can share (YOUR) digital content with other users in a campaign, but say one of the users in the campaign has other digital content can that be shared with the other users in the campaign?
Example:
DM is a has a master subscription and creates a campaign enabling content sharing and owns only a dm guide.
user 1 owns players handbook digitally and is part of the campaign.
can the DM and other users access the players handbook material.
Yes they can. I only have the big 3 books on Beyond, but one of my players bought Volo's to be able to use that content and I can use it in my own character builder.
To clarify, if ANYONE in the campaign has a Master's subscription, they can enable content sharing for that campaign. It doesn't matter if they are DM or player.
When content sharing is enabled in a campaign, it allows everyone in the campaign to use any content that has been purchased by other members of the campaign.
You could have a situation where player A purchased the PHB, player B purchased Volo's, the DM purchased DMG & MM and all of those will be shared to everyone in the campaign.

Thank you very much for this response.
