No you're not. It is NOT easy to find. In my mind it should be in the "adventures" tab somewhere, but they really do bury it in a non-intuitive location.

I don't spend any time here, so I know zilch about how this works.
I purchased the Tortle Package. Now I am wondering where I can access the adventure.
You go to Compendium > Rules > The Tortle Package.
