I have the PHB, MM, DMG, and XGtE. I'm ready to buy another book, but I can't decide which one to get. I'm debating between Volo's, Eberron, and Wildemount. What do you guys think I should get?
Do Wildemount if you want more races. It has almost every race from Volo's, the Tortles and Aarakocra as well, and a few subraces for PHB races. The Dunamancy options are also very nice, the magic items are very cool, and the setting is great.

If he is buying it off DDB then the Aarakocra a part of Wildemount would be a minor waste since you already get access to that race because it is in EEPC, which is free

IMO Volo's Guide To Monsters
If you are not running a Eberron/Wildemount campaign then it only leaves one good choice
If you're a DM, Volo's. But I think MToF is a really good resource for DMs too.
