So, I'm unsure where this post would fit, so I'm putting it here.
I'm planning a bit of a musical party/event in my current campaign. Bit of background, the players have been travelling through a jungle for a few weeks and this place is the first bit of civilization they come across in a while. The inhabitants of this temple are delighted with visitors and throw a small feast. I'm looking for a good few tracks to play as I know my players well enough to know they'll engage with the party/celebration for a little while.
I'm looking for tracks a bit like "Soldier, Poet, King" [Spotify Link]/[Youtube], 'Bitter Water' [Youtube] or things like this song: [Spotify Link] as background tracks for while they interact.
The only thing I'd like to avoid is too many 'modern' instruments as they're supposedly all played by the inhabitants. A few are okay, like in the previous songs, as long as they're not too prevalent in the piece. Drums are fine too! The more they evoke the feeling of a good 'campfire song' the better!
I suggest looking up Eastern European music, folk tunes, or the like using your browser, then narrowing your search to what types of instruments and tones you want. You might also try Celtic music or Bluegrass.

Song of Blues,
Thank you for that recommendation. I just went on a two hour tour of European music that concluded with Chopin's Prelude in C minor.
