Ditto for MToF. Out of the Abyss stats some Demon Lords too. In Descent into Avernus they give you stats of the youngest of the ArchDevils.
There isn't a WotC official comprehensive "statting" for 5e of Gods and the God-like. It wouldn't surprise me if some WotC affiliated designers have put something like that on DMsGuild, or there's a some sort of third party publisher putting stats out there in the spirit of AD&D's Deities and Demigods, but I haven't come across one yet.

I think gods are too powerful to be statted. They can only have a stat block if they are severely weakened.
Like Auril in Rime of the Frostmaiden.
Agreed. Statting deities is pretty moot given the parameters of 5e RAW (functionally you can perform actions on behalf of a god, or work against a gods machination on their plane, but challenging a god that isn't a diluted avatar isn't really a possibility in the game . That said, there are third party attempts at creating "epic" power leveled play and I imagine a third party designer may be inclined to stat gods. But these works are basically home brew with a higher production budget than most home brewers'. I'm only vaguely aware of them from advertising so can't judge or recommend anything from the sample pages I've seen.

Also besides Volos guide is there any other book about lore.
all the books about a plane
SCAG
WGtE

These are specific settings, not general lore. Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes contains more general lore than the ones you mentioned.

The demon lords Baphomet, Demogorgon, Fraz-Urb'luu, Graz'zt, Juiblex, Orcus, Yeenoghu, and Zuggtmoy are all stated in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes. The demon lord Kostchtchie is stated in Descent into Avernus, along with the archdevils Zariel and Bel.

I'm not sure whether you're further cataloging exactly who's in the books I mentioned (let's not forget Tiamat, albeit in allegedly diluted form in DiA) or trying to use that list to contest my claim against comprehensive statting. First off Demonlords, an ArchDevil and a demoted Archdevil likely aren't in the same stat pool as most gods. Asmodeus is considered a god, but that's only because he stole a god's godhood. 5e lore hasn't officially addressed Pale Night et. al. who may arguably be the gods of the Abyss. Getting away from the fiends, I'm not sure what the CR of Lathander or Bane would be, were they ever done in prior editions? As far as I remember, gods were statted in AD&D's Deities and Demigods, but subsequent editions moved away from players having power levels that would give them agency to contest actual gods. I think there was one setting outside OD&D's Immortal set, maybe Birthright?, that put players on that path to godhood.
It's an interesting question as to whether WotC should do this. I think the conventional wisdom for not bringing players to that power level is because players starting at level one largely never get there, but since there's such fluidity as to what level to start a campaign these days, I don't see why WotC has largely given epic play to be developed by third party systems. I never played it myself but I remember seeing the Immortal D&D boxed set and thinking it was a cool step or possibility for characters way back. Never actually owned it though so who knows maybe being a god is as boring as some mythos make it.

Ah, another one that might be worth looking at is Third_Sundering's Levistus's Codex of Curiosities when it comes out on DMs Guild. It's got some good stuff in it by the looks. Also Thaurelin the Bold's Wanderer's Guide to Borrellia, but both of those are homebrew.
yah I don't really do homebrew at all so yah but it sounds cool!
