Why are the spells "Produce Flame" and "Control Flames" two separate spells? Why isn't there one spell that lets you make and control a flame!
I get that "make flames" is druid only, and it can deal damage, but l think its dumb that the spell all about controling flames doesn't allow you to make a flame. Also, If You want to do fire damage, just use fire bolt! (Whats that? Druids dont get firebolt? And Produce flames is ment to be its replacement, like a clerics sacred flame,or a warlocks eldrich blast? Whatever, just give the druid firebolt and be done with it)

You can't really light up a room with Fire Bolt. Produce Flame trades utility for damage and range.
You're asking a lot from cantrips.
