The Player's Handbook, for example, has all of the content of the PHB, including all the artwork that's in the hardback book. The layout is similar to the Basic Rules, in that there is a contents page, chapters and sub-sections.
Purchasing each source book also enables content from that book in the tools, such as the character generator / character sheet.

i would like to know visually how are the source book are presented in D&D beyond?
I looked for a youtube video but no luck finding any.
