I preffer if the games that are mainly plot oriented with space for character development and will allow for creative solutions.
For what it is worth, I am an experienced player, I usually read my character's abilities and spells before sessions and on average take less than 20 seconds on my turn in combat (unless I am flavoring something for rolplay). Can also help newer players if there is any in the party.
