Out Of The Abyss Campaign

Game style: A balance of combat and story, we want to roleplay as much as we fight. We want a serious campaign as well, while joking around is okay we would rather not have a campaign bordering on cringe. Think of Critical Role for how we want to play, as an we want to be in character as much as possible. 
My friend wants to DM for a party of no more than 6 people in the "Out Of The Abyss" campaign setting. Sundays at either 12pm est or 6pm cst.  You have 2 vastly different times here so would sessions be in est or cst? Also, your discord isn't allowing for sending messages.
