You will be able to play any race or class from the D&D Books. Dm will allow
some Homebrew but he has to ok it. But will work with you. So character will
work properly with others & not be crazy op.

Sadly my Saturdays are booked. As for OP, that can depend a lot on how well it is played. Give me a single-class cleric and I can be OP as all heck if the encounter requires it, not even dependent on subclass. I've been playing for three years in another campaign and the GM considers my straight-up dwarf fighter OP. He's a weapon and shield fighter without great weapon master or a dip into barbarian or anything. That's simply because I am good at reading the battlefield, positioning and target selection. Bad players by contrast can be given the most broken multiclassed min/max build and still completely suck because they can't understand how to use it.
