Starting at 8 I would say a normal session would finish about 11.30 or so. It is possible to be briefer though but 3 or 4 hours is a normal size D&D session really!
I don't know if I'm 'in' (I can't tell if anyone's responded to my first post) but 8-11 seems like a pretty good time.
Also, if you haven't decided (if there's someone who makes decisions) if I'm 'in' or not, I speak fluent Welsh and would love to add it in in a homebrew style way!
Shwmae, noswaith dda, croeso! I am learning Welsh as it happens! Totally up for adding some Cymraeg to the game. If we end up using my campaign setting, it already has a few linguistic points of interest as that's a hobby of mine... For example I use an old French dialect for the mysterious language of a long-dead ancient civilisation :)
That's awesome! I'd love to share some Welsh with you along the way! Thanks for learning Welsh by the way, it makes me happy speaking to people who are learning Welsh! :)
Hello, I'm pretty new to D&D and would love to play with you guys. I'm EST but my schedule is open before the allotted play times, so you guys being 4 hours ahead isn't an issue for me. Do you think I could join you?
Hi, I'm sorry but there's already been a lot of interest and I don't think we can add more people to the group without it adversely affecting the experience. There are a lot of players in the US timezones on DDB so you should be able to find another group to play with
I wish you every success, and apologies once again.

Sounds perfect I've cast my vote in the poll basically everything but Friday.
