I’m almost completely new, I’ve 1-1 DMd like two sessions of dragon of icespire peak for a friend but I’m really interested in learning more and exploring the possibilities of dnd!

I’m a tutor until the new year so my time is really flexible!
Preferred role:
I’d prefer playing but with the right group I’d be happy to learn dming as we went
Game style:
I’m interested in a more casual game style with a split which leans towards roleplay (not necessarily accents but like characters acting with their own motivations and stuff) though I do like combat
Other bits:
I’m Jake, I’m 28 and excited! Like with a lot of other people big BG fan, though I’ve only played BG1 and BG3, not much of BG2 and I played a ton of neverwinter nights as a kid but had no idea what was going on. I prefer inclusive groups and I’m up for playing all sorts of roles so if interested throw me a DM here or on discord: sixing (or sixing #1212? Not sure how new discord handles work)
