i have a few house rules i bring to the table for instance i don't normally make players keep track of ammo, food, basics needs

Introduction: I have been DMing for a few years with a personal friend group of mine. However, I've never had the opportunity to play as a player and would very much like to give a try from the other side of the DM screen. However, the prospect of either of my friends DMing is something they can't bring themselves to do.
I have all DM books through D&D Beyond.
Time Zone: PST
Character: I have been wanting to play a Life Cleric who is Chaotic Good, who sees that life for the sake of life is no life at all. In addition to curing and healing he encourages those around him to live. He drinks (responsibly), sings, and dances.
I plan on making sure the roleplay doesn't steal away from the campaign, steals the spot light, or falls into a "that's what my character would do" problem.
